MUSD Purchase Orders
       


All commitments of purchases will be made by an approved Purchase Order number assigned by the Procurement Department. Products/services are not to be delivered without an approved Purchase Order. Vendors accepting orders without a purchase order number do so at their own risk.

  • Continued involvement in Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO), National Institute of Goverment Purchasing (NIGP), and cooperative purchasing organizations.
  • Open and honest forum for two-way communication between District staff, schools, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors who share our vision and support of World-Class education.
  • Continuous improvement and training of purchasing processes while ensuring proper accountability at all levels of the purchasing process.
  • Continued process of reviewing purchasing alternatives to ensure the "maximum value" for the District's dollars.
